Perfect Replacement
Perfect fit replacement for my 2004 Mini Cooper S. Be sure to move certain rubber pieces from the old radiator for better fitting. Two nuts (comes with order) will have to be place on the front to be able to screw the condenser back on. So far has done an excellent job. Well packaged with no dents or kinks. Nissens usualy has great replacement products for Mini coopers

Broken mount points.
Fan assembly mount point came broken out of the box. It was floating around in the box. Packing was adequate. I believe there is poor quality control at the factory. Not blaming seller.

Perfect fit for my 2002 Mini Cooper S.

Fitment and Quality Decent
I double checked the connection bolts, seems a little weak, but two 2006 Mini Coopers S cars have them now with no issues. You need to transfer the rubber mounts from the old Radiator.

Overall appeared to be a good quality OEM style radiator. After installing this in mini cooper S. It lasted 2 days before the upper hose fitting which is bolted to the plastic tanks with an O ring seal started to leak. As anyone who has ever worked on a mini cooper you have to remove the front end which I can do in 20 minutes now, to gain access to radiator and everything else. I pulled the radiator back and saw this pic attached. The base of upper hose must have bent with the heat of fluid backed out of it's seating and spewed radiator fluid. Definitely a weak spot and flawed engineering. However they did allow for a prepaid return and refund.
