Works Amazing
I was advised by my personal trainer to buy this to protect my knees and easy up the pain after those intense legs day and this works amazing

Item is good but got it at a much higher price

pushed my squats way too hard and ended up with annoying knee pain, sharp under the kneecap and a dull ache down the sides. I started taking Vitabiotics two tablets a day. I kept lifting but used lighter weight and focused hard on perfect form. After a few weeks, the sharp pain totally cleared up, and then the side aches faded too. Now I just take one tablet a day to keep things good, and I'm happily back to lifting heavy. It really does help.
