A: It's electric, comes with starter paper and ink.

A: I have this calculator, and really like it.  It's substantial and the keys are large.  I also worked in an office with a calculator and this one would be OK to use in an office setting.  I really like it, it's no lightweight.

**Q: how is this powered?  does it come with a starter roll of paper? does it come with starter cartridge of ink?**
A: Mine was 110 volt powered. I think it came with a small roll of paper and it had the ink installed.

**Q: Do the buttons seem to wobble, some call them 'floating', before pushing down on them?**
A: I wouldn't call it a "wobble" more like a soft touch.   I've been using the Sharp for years, glad they're still around when I need another, and don't think the keys on my newest one are any different from previous machines.    It's a very light touch to enter a number but not so light that you're accidentally entering wrong numbers.    I really like this calculator.
