INGREDIENTS:
6 apples--peeled, cored and sliced
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
7 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add
cinnamon, stevia, and apples. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy. Makes 6
servings.
Mixed Berry Smoothie Pops

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup each strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
5 packets Wholesome Sweeteners Stevia
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide
evenly into popsicle mold and insert sticks. If you don’t have a
mold, pour mixture into an empty ice tray. Cover tray with
plastic wrap and insert toothpicks. Freeze until firm.
Peppermint Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:4 cups skim milk
3 to 4 packets Wholesome Sweeteners Stevia
(4) 3.5-inch peppermint sticks
1 cup cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
Bring milk and peppermint sticks up to a simmer in a small sauce
pan and remove from heat. Add cocoa powder and Stevia and gently
whisk for 2 minutes until smooth. Remove sticks and pour into
cups. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon
(optional). Makes 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup non milk
1 cup freshly brewed coffee
4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Stevia
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
Heat milk in microwave safe glass on high for 1 minute. Blend
milk with remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 glasses and serve
