How many mg of Elemental Iron is in each pill? It's not on the label.

50 mg of iron....that's all that it says on the label. I threw these out (neglected to read the label carefully). It has soybean oil in it. I don't consume soy (no one should, especially if it isn't organic & this supplement isn't organic). I highly recommend Country Life brand Iron (I buy all of my supplements from them). Clean, healthy, junk-free supplements. My iron levels are back to normal thanks to the Country Life ones that I use...yay! Good luck!

Should bottle be sealed with plastic upon arrival?

I don't recall if it was sealed in plastic. It has an inner seal for freshness.

Are these pills white or black?

The pills are black gel, much more effective than white chalk pills I’ve tried.
