Yes you can switch between modes and there are several different noise settings. It does depend on your AC of course. Its a great device and works well with Amazon Echo

Will this work with symphony diet, honeywell tower fan or other honeywell evaporative coolers?

Struggling with this device. Worked fine for a couple of weeks then issued error then failed .. how useful is Sensibo support?

To be honest had no need to speak with their support arm - Had no issues with the product or the app so cannot advise if they ae any good - Only to say product works fine - No issues - many thanks
