Nickel Wound Single Guitar Strings 3-Pack .024 3-Pack

Good string, but I wish they would sell it in some type of sealed plastic wrap to prevent corrosion in highly humid climates. Other brands like D'Addario strings come in resealable plastic packaging, so I do not understand why these Ernie Ball strings don't. I have used Ernie Ball strings for many years and will attest to the quality of the strings, but the paper wrapping is just a bad idea. So now I keep my supply of reserve strings in plastic freezer bags normally used for food storage to prevent string corrosion.

pure nickel roundwound wrap is backseated because iron plated nickel roundwound wraps are louder & crisper what'isnt realized is that the pure nickel wrap permits configuring higher preamp gains inviting very luscious dripping wet signatures esp for lead the les paul 500k linear taper controls impedance resulting in an ergonomically controlled ramp (easy dialing into desired signature)

I've been using Ernie Ball strings for over 20 yrs. The do what I want and most important rarely break a string.

Ernie ball is the only manufacturer that makes a wound G string. I like to play Flatwounds and this wound G adds to the more robust sound that I’m looking for.
