This is a great product and has helped my family of 4 and a coworker too. I was having severe panic attacks and my son told me about this. Thankfully it worked! Sometimes you need to take 2 of them which is what I needed. It helps lift your mood and really helped my coworker out of depression. I highly recommend it and have ordered 2 more bottles to have on hand.

Works For Me
I grow Passion Fruit and this is another way to get the benefits of the fruit. For me it isn't just relaxation, but it helps control blood sugar on a short term basis. It helps lower my blood sugar if there is no binge eating or carb overdoses. Bgx No side effects that I noticed. I've already ordered more and recommend this product.

Helps with anxiety
Sometimes you need a little something to help calm you down for various reasons. I quit taking rx meds so this little beauty takes it’s place. As a woman sometimes my hormones make me feel crazy and this calms me down with no side affects, no sleepiness, no inability to go on with my day. Love passion flower!

Highly Potent!
I am underweight, so I liked that this brand's passionflower extract came in a milder dose than most. I've been struggling to sleep at night because of anxiety and I took one capsule before bed to start out. I felt it working quickly, in about 10 minutes. I became really groggy and my body was definitely relaxing. However, my mind was still anxious and it took me hours to fall asleep. Once I fell asleep though, I had vivid dreams. I woke up this morning still groggy and felt that way all day. I wouldn't recommend taking this in the daytime or if you have to drive because it is really strong despite what other reviewers claimed. I won't be taking this every night because it is a bit much for me. I think I will save it for panic attacks and try something else like L-theanine for my anxiety and maybe a Kava tea at night or California Poppy supplement.
