**Q: What is the difference between this product and the cetaphil gentle skin cleansing cloths (for dry, sensitive skin)?**
A: The skin cleansing cloths does not remove eye makeup as well as the makeup remover wipes. The makeup remover wipes are a bit oily the skin cleansing cloths are not.

**Q: I ordered the pack of 3 and only got one? Please advise thank you.**
A: Report it to Amazon returns. They shipped me a new one.

**Q: how many cloths per pack?**
A: There are 25 cloths in the pack.

**Q: I ordered a pack of 3 and only 1 was sent to my house**
A: Same thing happened to me and I reported it to Amazon returns and they sent me a 3pk free of charge. I think I used missing items as the reason.
