I bought it because I remember that perfect Moussaka made in such (or similar) pans in Greece. Be careful and do not cut anything with a knife in the pan since it is Aluminium, a very soft metal. I though I can cut when I am working carefully, but still made a few fine scratches. Better use wooden tools, or if you can't avoid plastic tools are ok too! It is such a nice pan - love it.PS: The Moussaka was absolutely excelent! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding quality roasting tray (5 STAR) *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 July 2020* I am 59 years old and have had over 40 years experience in hospitality. I can quite honestly say that this roasting tray is ‘THE’ best I have ever purchased, perfect size too :) ## Frequently Bought Together - De Buyer 7664.30 Choc Thick Aluminium Roasting Pan with 2 Handles, 30 x 30 cm - Matfer Bourgeat Black Carbon Steel Frying Pan, 12 5/8" - De Buyer MINERAL B Carbon Steel Omelette Pan - 9.5” Diameter, 7.7” Cooking Surface - PFAS, PFOA & PFOS Free - Made in France --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/116130743-de-buyer-7664-30-choc-thick-aluminium-roasting-pan-2](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/116130743-de-buyer-7664-30-choc-thick-aluminium-roasting-pan-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
