I have both units sitting on a table and they both power down after about 25 minutes and I have to turn them back on. Why is this happening?

The same thing happens to me. The charge is exhausted after a short time; I haven't been able to use it for longer than 12 minutes at a time. My strategy is to keep both units plugged in always when not in use so they are completely charged when I want to use them. I use one mic for about 10 minutes, then return it to the charger and switch to the other one. This is not a long-term satisfactory solution. I'm disappointed that I spent $80 for this set. :(

I setup everything as indicated, watched videos, paired but i don't get any sound from the microphone. ??

When I had this issue I was using the wrong adapter to connect. There's one connector that is for DSLRs etc and one for another type of input. Ensure you're using the right one or it won't record sound.

How do I charge receiver & transmitter?

We include a USB charging cable in the box, you can charge the receiver and transmitter using any power adapter for charging your phones, or power bank or through the USB port of your computer. Thank you.
