Nice looking and works like a charm. Wheels are butter smooth and carrying is easy. Hold 20kg easily. I have travelled with it and almost scratch proof and holds very well. TSA lock is also awesome. The inside is very well organized and compartments are nicely done. The outside looks sleek and is quite sturdy. Perfect as a medium sized luggage for flight. Perfectly satisfied with the purchase.

The colour isn't dark grey (or anything close to grey) as it might appear to be in the photos. I didn't read the product description about the color where it says the colour is Titanium and ordered it (my bad). What arrived is a matt faded brown looking item. I wasn't expecting that and this was a major turnoff. I don't know who's at fault here. I cannot return the product too as I will not be staying in one location for a while now. Anyways, Pros. - The product packaging was descent. - It is light weight, no doubt about it. - Interior space is decent. - Overall, the materials (interior and exterior) used are nice and feels premium to touch. Be it the fabric, plastic, rubber etc. The lock system is very well designed and looks good. Also, the handles have under grips made of soft rubber which is a very good feature. I will hence give 4.5/5 stars to quality, no doubt about it. Cons. - The pull handle is thin and is not confidence inspiring. 'll have to see how it handles abuse of regular travelling. - As aforementioned, the quality is undoubtedly good but isn't worth INR11,500/- as the MRP suggests. I bought it for INR5400/- which is still justifiable to an extent. The discount is hoax I suppose. - The shiny American Express branding on the body at the front is a silver polish/coating on plastic. It surely compliments the overall design but once the silver polish goes off (due to abrasion from eg., loading, unloading processes) and the the black plastic underneath starts to show, the whole premium look of product gets spoiled. I hope that doesn't happen too soon. The branding has been incorporated in a plateau within the contours of the design, which may prevent the abrasion from happening if handled prudently.

The trolley is feather light, looks so classy, smoothly maneuvers almost zero noise. Mouth it for Rs2600, I feel it's good value for money product. Cons: 1) It's so light & hence filmsy, it will buckle easily when someone puts on their shoulder bag on it 2) As it is featherlite unsble to zip fast, as it's not firmly supports the movement.

Relatively light weight, sturdy and comes with the TSA lock . No complaints and has held up well so far .
