I have seen 1.5" diameter tweeter before and the biggest is 3" but this one the diameter is 7" and the size amazed me a lot! I hooked it up to a passive 12db crossover and used a denon 60w rms high current stereo amp to test it and was blown out by the quality of highs. I would most probably go for another pair very soon

these are overrated twetters i purchased four and they burned up within four hours of playing with only 300 watts going to each one then like a dummy i purchased four more and they burned up again using only 200 watts of power america do not buy these twetters call me if you need to ask me questions 850-294-1926 thanks

Friggin thing is huge. Took my factoy woofer out and replaced this with this thing, almost fits perfect. Have yet to hook it up

Huge tweeters. If you want the wow factor on sound and the fact these intimidate just by size? Get these. The price? Well get them then you'll see why. The size of an 8 inch subwoofer. 1000 watt tweeters? NO..... A 1000 watts these are not... BIG BIG BIG!!! Make big paper weights. I put 200 watts of clean power to these with capacitors they included remind you and they burnt up. Over rated on power. They are loud and piercing for the first few, but? but i liked these at first then used them and was really disappointed... why pay so much? Ive had "lower end" do better. These are expensive even lower end over rated tweeters... you'll see tests, of maybe low watts but believe me they burn up.

Opened the huge and heavy box only to find both terminals were mangled and had tons of of soldier on them from the last person that blew this tweeter and returned it. There were still a large amount of balled up copper frays stuck to the soldier and terminal from where you can see the previous owner just ripped the wire off before dumping it back in the torn up box before they shipped it back. Cant say much else as it was DOA and never got the chance to use it. Submitting the return request right now.

Seems like used items bought two of these both boxes was open no factory seal one tweeter housing rattling so I had to remove logo to tighten screws.should not have to do this to a new product.

The center come of the tweeter is loose how do I tighten it up
