Moose Munch Coffee in Single Serve Cups for use with all Keurig K-Cups Brewers 36 Count (Milk Chocolate Caramel)

I love this coffee but these pods are faulty. They explode inside the Keurig. They explode in the Hamilton Beach. Back in September I was able to order 100 pods in a big box without Harry and David packaging and every one of those pods worked and tasted awesome. These I have gotten in the Harry and David packaging explode and make huge messes. I had to go out and buy reusable pods, tear open these pods and pour the coffee grounds into the reusable ones to make a cup. Aggravating.

Love the flavor, but disappointed today when I opened each of the 2 boxes to find that there were only 16 K cups per package...item was advertised as 18 K cups per package...packing department needs improved...will hesitate to buy from again

You need to puncture the bottom of the pod manually or you're likely to find that the water can't flow threw the pod causing the water to back up which results in coffee grinds all over the place. I would say 1 in 4 of the pods wind up having to be thrown out because of problems and sometimes I have to strain the coffee because there are so many grinds in the cup-----poorly designed pods.

I'm not a big fan of chocolate so never thought I would like a chocolate flavored coffee but I got a sampler with this flavor in the pack and surprisingly loved it. I immediately purchased a whole box of it and now this is my go to treat at the end of each day. The balance of flavors between the caramel and the chocolate is perfect, not so overwhelmingly chocolatey that it feels like I'm drinking hot cocoa but just enough of a chocolate taste with the sweetness of the caramel to give it a dessert feel that I really love without the dessert calories and guilt LOL. Totally delicious and would highly recommend to anyone who likes flavored coffee.

I really love the chocolate flavor but 1 in 5 pods does not work well and the coffee explodes and I get grinds all over the cup and my counter, I don’t know why but it only happens with this coffee?

The flavor is amazing! Around 8 of the pods left grounds in my coffee... almost all the grounds! On the bad pods, the foil isn't sealed just right, which leads to grounds in the coffee.

I'm always on the lookout for a new kcup and am glad I came across these. Sometimes you buy a kcup in hopes that it's flavor is as it was advertised; this is not always the case. However, in this case, you taste both the chocolate and caramel; one flavor isnt fighting the other to stand out. And, the price is excellent for the product, which is normally what you don't get with some of the pricier options. Thank-you for having a great price and an above average product!
