Cheap and cheerful!
Such a great deal compared to pretty much every alternative, if you don't mind the tiny increase in weight over the alloy versions just get these steel ones, they last ages and drastically improve transmission torque if you change the chain at the same time. Nice to go to 34t too, as 32t was a bit too low gear ratio. Had one of these last well over 5k miles.

My bike came with a 32T chain ring which I found the gearing to be too low, this 34T has made all the difference. It is steel so a little bit heavier than the Aluminium version but in reality the difference is not worth the extra cost and it is probably more durable.
