Worst product.. made me sick..i used half capsule 1st day to see where i stand.. it made me sick vomitting and lose motions with head ache and spasms which i have not even recovered yet... i did try again to just make sure because i trusted it so much i really did.. and i just took around 1/4th of the contents of the capsule and the spasms are back muscle twitching head ache worst product and these people are not even returning it.. i will definitly file a case on Amazon 😠😠
