The tabs do work. My sodium was down to 122 and now is up to 137 by taking 1 tab a day for 3 weeks. I now take one tab every other day. If your sodium is low or you work in the hot sun I would recommend you get these tabs.

I have a problem with low blood pressure along with a hereditary muscle disease that depletes salt in the body so I need to add extra salt in my diet. Since I started taking this salt product, one tablet twice daily, my blood pressure is better regulated and I feel better most days.

These taste OK, and take a long time to dissolve in my mouth. You had better keep drinking something as these dissolve or there will be some pain involve. I drink coffee as this dissolves and it works great. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I was expecting something great and so far I am impressed.

Saline tablets should be swallowed with liquid. If chewed they taste salty and bitter. Used to raise sodium level in persons with low levels.

Got these for my boyfriend who sweats a lot when he plays racquetball. One or two tablets with lots of water have kept him from experiencing terrible muscle cramps after a match. He also takes magnesium every day, which helps, too. But what he was missing was sodium, and these do the trick.
