Impressed with Impressa!
I find that using Impressa has significantly improved my bladder control. I'm not going to the bathroom excessively ALL DAY or having accidents or near misses.. I just feel more confident.Start with the starter kit to determine your correct size. In the beginning I had difficulty inserting it into my vagina. I wasn't able to press the "tampon" out of the tubing. I had success by removing the tampon from the tubing and applying a dab of water-based lube to the head of it. I was them able to use my hand to slide it into place.DRAWBACK: The price. I find it expensive, approximately $32-$35 per order. You only get 21 pieces instead of 30 which I would consider a month's supply. I plan to use them only on the days I plan to be away from home to keep the cost within my budget. All in all, I like this product, and I plan to share this information with my friends.

Works great for annoying prolapse
I actually bought these to use as a pessary device when my prolapse suddenly worsened until I can find a new GYN and discuss more permanent options. It was just so distended that I was aware of it all day and made me very uncomfortable. After a couple of weeks of almost daily use, it seems to be less pronounced when Iām not using it.As an added bonus - I had no idea something like this even existed for bladder leaks. I have stress incontinence that is only problematic when jumping, usually only when 2 feet hit the ground at once but sometimes when running too. I usually just wear a liner when I think I might have an issue. After testing it at home for this purpose it seems to work very well! No more pee pads for me!!You insert it just like a tampon. It has more of a formed shape and feel than a tampon does. Once inserted I donāt feel it at all and only remember itās even there because of the string hanging down. Unlike a tampon itās also non absorbent. I googled just using a tampon to help with my issue but that is to be avoided if not needed for a menstrual cycle. A tamponās absorbency when not needed can lead to TSS.My only complaint is that the sizing kit is not quickly available. I think I saw one but wanted to start using the product immediately. Of course size 3 works best for me and thatās the size I bought last after buying the other 2. As they arenāt cheap, Iām just trying to use those up on days that I am not as active.I also wish these were available in stores. I donāt mind buying them in Amazon, but I had no idea they even existed until googling my issue in a panic one weekend. Iām certain there are tons of women that could use these for one purpose or another. If these were available at grocery & drug stores with the other Poise items more women would discover them.

They work!
Much to my surprise these really work. My bladder leakage has gotten to a point where I leak if I am walking or doing anything so pretty much unless Iām sitting still. With these I donāt leak a drop. I started with size 2 and that is working for me. The only thing is that I know these canāt be a long term ācureā for me since i have sensitive skin and Iām afraid to wear these every day. I think surgery is my only option but for now these will help a lot.

Great idea but too painful
SoMy GYN suggested these. I am 60yrs old and size 1 n 2 are not working for me! Very VERY uncomfortable to wear!!!!! I do not recommend for older women!!!! Painful. I was so excited to try this as an alternative to surgery but now so disappointed. š Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because my GYN suggested it to me. Size:2 and 1Thickness:too thick both sizes!!

No more leaks
These have worked so far with bladder leaks when exercising. They are comfortable, but I did bleed a little but I have read that is because of the material that they are made out of.

Great product!
I was desperate. I'm 57 years old and have such an incontinence problem from birthing my children. I had a cruise coming up and would be doing a lot of walking and swimming. I thought I'd give these a try. This product made me feel much more safe going out without a pad on. Honestly, it's not 100%, but I was able to make it work and it did make a difference. They are not hard to use - just like inserting a tampon. You can leave them in for 12 hours. No problem with removal - just like a tampon. I will use these again when I run a 5k, play basketball with my 15 year old, take a long walk with my dog. My only complaint is that they are so expensive, so I cannot afford to use them every day. Incontinence is such a huge thing for women that I cannot believe that a company doesn't want to make their life changing product affordable for every woman, every day. If these were more affordable, I would use one every day. Really a great, sigh-of-relief product.

Uneven in quality
These do help in stopping a sense of urgency and therefore in preventing leaks. But the quality varies so much. In some, the āplungerā ( much as in a tampon) works fine, but in others it is very hard to move. When this happens, the product is wasted. Also, why does the inserter have to be made of hard plastic? This is uncomfortable and not good environmentally. As a previous reviewer noted, when you get a defective one, the pointed edges can hurt. The idea of the product is good, but the product itself varies from very helpful to impossible to use.
