JKS MFG. JKS OGS126 Front Adjustable Track Bar for Jeep TJ/XJ/MJ

This is exactly what an older XJ, ZJ, or TJ needs. to keep axle solidly centered under the frame. Especially if it is riding higher than the stock ride height. Both of mine have the heavy duty springs in the front. One has a 3/4 inch spacer, the other has 1 1/2 inch spacer. I don't do "lift kits". This track bar has enough adjustment in it for anywhere from stock ride height clear up to about 3 inch higher than might be considered stock. Great quality, the joint at frame is very durable and greasable. The axle joint seems to be a very stiff rubber, but can be replaced with a poly bushing. Overall, a great product!

JKS delivers. I already had their quick disconnects and needed to upgrade to an adjustable sway bar due to the PO doing some questionable things with the lift that led to bump steer. Removed the OE factory track bar and aftermarket drop bracket. Installed this in its place. Worked like a champ to realign my front axle and no more bump steer! Others have commented on the hole you have to drill. I bought a set of large metal bits from Harbor Freight and the hole was drilled in about 5 seconds. Zero issues as it’s just changing the existing hole from a taper to straight. You just need to remove a small bit of metal so shouldn’t be an issue at all.

Had axle shift after adding 2.5” lift to my jeep this fit well and allowed the adjustment I needed to bring axle back to center. I would like to try one of the ones that allow you to adjust while it’s installed though. You cannot on this one. You have to fit it then adjust it until you get it just right. Still not too bad only took 20-30 minutes to instal.

This fit perfectly on my 1999 Wrangler and was exactly what I needed after lifting it. This is extremely heavy duty, especially when compared to the stock part, and has stood up to a lot of abuse without showing any wear. There are cheaper options out there, but the quality of this is top notch. I would definitely but this again for another vehicle.

Very impressed with the quality of this bar. Biuld very beefy over the stock one. Makes you wonder why JEEP doesn't just go with this design to begin with. This did not entirely fix my death wobble so I also replaced the shocks, tie rods, steering stabilzer, and had my alignment done. My caster was off quite a bit. Now it's at 6° and 6.4°. I would highly recommend JKS products.

i lifted my 98 GC (ZJ) 2 inches and that caused the front axle to be pushed out towards the drivers side by about a half inch. I wanted to get an adjustable track bar to be able to return it too stock position. Amazon says that this bar is for TJ/XJ/MJ, i just wanted to clarify that this track bar also fits a ZJ. JKS Manufacturing website says it fits a ZJ with 2"-3.5" of lift. http://jksmfg.com/i-13306795-grand-cherokee-zj-1993-1998-adjustable-front-trackbar-fits-2-3-5-lift.html As far as instalation goes it is pretty straight forward. Take old one out and put new one in, one bolt on each side of the bar. For the ZJ you will have to drill out the hole of the stock mounting bracket to 9/16". Easy enough. From there, it is just trial and error of adjusting the actual bar to the desired length then torquing the bolts. Ive had the bar in for about 2000 miles and have already gone wheeling with it and it did not have any problems. Im happy with the bar and would buy it again

If you have ever experienced a true wobble then you understand the importance of a strong front end. This rig is legit. Pair this with a Clayton heavy duty track bar bolt and bushing and you’ll be ready for the trails. I am going to order the one as well!
