Yes, Jet-Vac this was one of the characters that was released when you bought the Skylanders Giants starter pack game. There is also a legendary Jet-Vac you can only get at ToyRUs. This is the Lightcore Jet-Vac the lights up at his chest and end of his gun, there is also a little bit of light in the tanks on his back. His specs are a little higher then both the standard Jet-Vac 60/50/70/80, the Legendary Jet-Vac 60/50/80/85 and the Lightcore Jet-Vac 65/50/80/90. Yes I do have all of them that is why I can compare specs on all of them from the cards that came with each of them. If you are only going to buy one this would be the one to buy. I do like the Lightcore line but I wish they would make some different characters and not keep remaking the same characters with lightcore technology. Activision could also add some new upgrades to the lightcore line then the standard line of characters. I know Activision can do it they did it with the glow-in the dark characters. Well that's my thoughts.

The Skylanders Giants Lightcore Chill figure arrived in near mint condition. An added bonus was the figure was completely unset such that I did not need to do “Manage Ownership” or “Reset”. Led lights up and figure correctly registers in the game figure collection as “Lightcore Chill”. I was concerned because other reviewers mentioned they received the wrong product variant such as regular “Chill” or “Legendary Lightcore Chill”. In my case, the correct product, as shown in listing photo, arrived without issues.

Part of the fun of the game is collecting all the Skylanders. My son enjoys all of them so far, including this one. Something that's NOT fun is overpaying for the figures. Just wait it out and eventually they'll all be at the suggested retail price. I picked this one up a few days ago from here and it was even less than what the Lightcores usually go for. I haven't overpaid on a single Skylander (original one and Giants) to date and don't plan on. What people advertise to be "rare" is eventually going to be as common as a pack of toilet paper. The truly rare ones will remain rare, such as the crystal ones, unpainted, etc., but those are for the hard-core collectors. Shroomboom was one of the first Skylanders out and now he has a makeover with the new pose and of course the lights. Not the most robust character in the game, he has his moments. If you're not interested in collecting all of them, you can easily pass this one by; but for completionists, this won't disappoint.

Liking spooky things as I do, I saw Hex and thought she would be a pretty cool Skylander to try out. In this case my son and I both agree that Hex is pretty cool, but she is just too slow to be a favorite character. She has some neat attacks, but their slow speed means that the baddies are able to cause more damage,and she is usually the first character to need " rest ". As a toy, she has a great dark look to her, which Is what drew me to her, and my son thought her crystal ball was pretty neat too. Although she is a lightcore character, in that aspect, she is rather unremarkable. I would also suggest picking up the Lightcore Series 2 Hex if you are looking to add her to a collection. All in all, I am glad we ordered her. Any Skylander at the price Amazon has posted is a steal!

His abilitys are as follows: A-shoots puffs of air, B-Suction vacuum that pulls in all around it as you turn. and Z allows you to fly for a short period (very short until upgrade). One of my favorite things about the lightcore is when you place it on the portal in the midst of enemies close range it will say lightcore and do damage. Also a great ability is the suction ability as it means you can be lazy and instead of breaking every box and vase just suck them in and most will break and send the money your way. Sucks in money and food as well. I will also mention that is you pull in enemies it will harm them once they are close but beware you will not kill them immediately (depending where you are and your level). (If you follow doing each skylanders quests you will like one very specific quest of Jet-Vac and that is suctioning the 50 of the birds around the skylands) All other abilitys are okay but the suction vacuum is by far my favorite.

We bought the Skylanders Giants game so that I, an adult non-gamer would have something to play with my hubby (gamer) and eight year old (on and off gamer). Needless to say, I am hooked. It is great fun and I, being just a tad more than a little OCD have decided I must have every little guy out there. Luckily I am a patient OCD and haven't had to pay more than retail for any character... We like to see all of the different "skills" and voices they have.

Exactly as advertised. No problems and it arrived early.

One of my son's favorite character. Nicely made. It was the best selection within the "earth" element. We're happy campers here! Looking for our next buys.

Giants初登場のチルなので内容などは通常版と同じで、初期状態では全体的に心配が残る(攻撃、自衛共に)チルですがライトコア特有の「登場の際に発する光波」“ライトコアパワー”のおかげでその生存率をうんと高め、またライトコアパワーによって敵を一掃出来るので多くの敵を巻き込めばレベルアップもすぐなので通常のチルと比べると格段に育てやすいです。 私もソウルジェム含め最大まで強化しましたが、この安定感は使っていてとても安定していて属性を問わなくても広く使えます。 ただ、通常攻撃であるブレードをやはり初期では攻撃力と範囲が安定し難く、ライトコアパワーも１ステージに１回しか使えないのである程度の強化をしないとその強さは実感し難いかも知れません。 が、最後まで育成して使ったときにはもう「水のスカイランダーが強いエリアでは“ライトコアチル”以外に使えないかも」と言うぐらいに真価を発揮してくれるでしょう＾＾
