Durable flexible patch lasts for years!
Great for repairs or even flashing. Used to repair leaks and protect fastener penetrations on a 50-yr old metal roof. For seams and larger holes/flashing penetrations, I used with Gaco Decktape. Put down a layer, spread the tape then topcoat. Thick enough to adhere vertically. Have been using Gaco products for 20+ years and they work and last. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Will not dry out and crack like asphalt sealants will. Make sure to stir it well before use as it will separate in storage. I use a long handle paddle mixer (like I use on drywall mud) with a 1/2” drill. Need to stir up the solids and fibers. Sticks to everything. Use disposable brush/roller or even putty knife to apply.

Amazing product! A single coat does it!
We got this to patch the seams of our metal roof and boy did it do the trick. It goes on easy (though does require vigorous stirring before use). It dried quite fast on a warm day and by the next day it was totally sealed. Saved us a lot of money! A roofing company quoted us $2000 to do what we did with one bucket of this for $150. Will use again in the future.

Good product and company.
GREAT product for the Roofing industry. And the price was cheaper than going through our Suppliers! :(

Works very well! Stopped the leak!
We used this on an area on the roof that had water coming in. It was easy to apply, just a little messy, and was able to seal the area to prevent water from coming in. For the size of the item, I would say it's a great value!

Nice product - very pricey
The product works well. It should for the price. Somewhat difficult to get the last drop out of the can. I recommend wearing very long glove so when you reach in bucket to get the dregs, you don't get the goo all over your hand and arms. Very hard to get off skin. If it sticks as well to the roof, it will be marvelous.

Works as advertised.
Great product. It comes as quite a thick paste. I used a brush to apply it to a relatively flat roof that had starburst cracks in it. It filled the cracks and holes nicely.

Even better than blackjack silicone patch, and slightly cheaper. Recommended.
This is the bomb, it seems strong enough not to bother with membrane or geotextile fabric tape kinds of things, it even sticks to silicone coating, it has some "roughness" which is better than "shininess" for patching, basically the best I've found for patching and sealing, and I think it will last forever.
