Sturdy and works!
Love it so far! Itโs kept my baby persimmon tree alive over the heat wave (up to 104 degrees) and kept the soil beneath visibly moist! I just fill it once or twice a week and weโre good to go

Safe for new plants
I love it! The weight doesnโt push the plant compared to the once that stands and the weight will eventually push the plant and kill the plant

Reliable and Practical
As a retired dairy farmer, I appreciate efficient watering systems. These 20-gallon bags are great! I purchased two and they've transformed my tree care routine, saving considerable time compared to hand watering. The slow-release system works perfectly on level ground, though they don't empty fully on slopes. Minor considerations: the fill opening can soften in hot weather, requiring gentle reshaping, and the brown color fades quickly in sun. Occasional clogging happens but easily resolves with hose back-flushing. The filler cap lacks a check valve, so water can spill when uncapped, but this is manageable. Great value for the price and performance delivered. Would definitely purchase again - highly recommended for anyone serious about proper tree establishment

Drip is Too Slow
I live in north Florida. In fairness, it has been ridiculously hot here. These water so slowly, the water evaporates before getting in the soil. The water also heats up to a high temp which could not be good for the roots. It does hold a lot; easy to fill, but for the time it takes me to fill one of these, I could just be watering the tree with the hose.

Great watering bag
Tree Watering bags have been great for our Japanese maple tree. Texas heat has been horrible, humid and very hot. This has helped keep new tree alive and grow.

Really works well!
These are fantastic! I planted a hydrangea tree and used this over several days rather than soak it with a sprinkler. I like that I can make sure the tree is getting plenty of water. This is especially helpful when the temps get too high and makes the sprinkler ineffective and inefficient. It takes over 6 to 8 hours to empty the 20 gal capacity. The picture shows the watering ring at a little over 3 hours after filling.
