Very good vitamin for hair and skin.

Hard to find, but when I can I buy them.

This is a great nutritional supplement. I'm almost 67 years old, a retired professor of history, and quite active with my fitness program (yoga, resistance training, and cardio hikes). I've been using Ancient Nutrition supplements (Zinc, Vitamin C, D, and E, and the Multi Men's over 40+) for over a year now and I must say the overall quality of the vitamins is excellent. I like to take the capsules apart and separate the ground herbs from the gelatin container and mix the contents directly with my protein powder for a terrific morning power shake. Protein and vitamin shake with a good strong cup of espresso (I blend Peet's French Roast and Intelligentcia's Espresso Roast) and I'm ready to tackle my days fitness routine. Ancient Nutrition products has kept my immune system healthy, vital, strong, and in tip-top shape during this crazy pandemic. It needs to get in to your system. It helps control Hot Flashes.

Fast shipping. Just started these, so can't say I feel much of a difference yet. Capsules are on the larger side, but easy to swallow. I do wish the daily dose was less than 3 pills per day. That makes these pretty expensive. These are 3rd party tested and seem to be quality ingredients.

Received it Friday and took it around 1pm woke up the next morning and instantly felt different in a good way. I was energized and a lot more clear headed. Three days later I feel I'm aging backwards feeling younger lol overall I'm feeling great! I will be a subscriber and save. Thank you!
