25 Pack 4 Mil Blank Mylar Stencil Sheets, 12" x 12" Clear Plastic Sheets

I used these to create stencils for lettering 9" block letters onto painted cedar boards with exterior latex paint (large 6' signs). I cut the stencils out using a Cricut Explore Air 2 with a regular mat - note: some blogs recommend using a lightweight mat for stencil cutting, these sheets did fine on regular mats for my project (always flip your board over and peel the stencils off! I'll keep your board from bending). I was able to get the paint off the letters with some Simple Green (other cleaning solutions would totally work) and I'm now able to get a couple more uses out of them. I highly recomment these for crafters looking for quality product at a great price!

I ordered this so that I could make a stencil on my Cricut for a friend to use to add designs to her handmade mugs. I did a lot of research before deciding on these sheets and I'm so happy I did. Based on other reviews, I used the mylar setting (set the machine to custom and then in the software, right before it cuts, click to see all material types and just search for mylar). The sheet stuck really nicely to my freshly cleaned green mat and the Cricut automatically did two passes over the whole cut. I flipped the mat over and peeled it off of the sheet, rather than pulling the sheet off the mat, to prevent it from curling. Most of the cutouts either stayed stuck to the mat or fell right out of the sheet and I barely had to press anything out manually. My friend was so happy with the result and plans to use the stencil within the next week am I'm really excited to see how her mugs come out!! Easy to cut & use with my airbrush!

This product is a pretty decent quality and value for money. Definitely not suitable for all applications however. I measured the thickness and the packet I got for sure is 4mil (which is 0.1016 mm). Not honestly sure I’d order it again. This isn’t thick enough for stencils but that isn’t the product’s fault. 4mil is easy to cut but if you’re needing 7mil or 10mil instead then for sure get those, even if those products are harder to deal with.

This stencil material offers excellent value, you get a generous number of sheets for the price. I used the 4mil thickness with my Cricut Explore, and it cut cleanly and easily using the default Mylar setting. If your machine can handle it, I’d recommend going with a thicker sheet. I’ve read that setting the Cricut to cut twice can help with thicker materials. A thicker stencil will allow more icing to be deposited during use, which I hadn’t considered at first—but it makes perfect sense in hindsight. The stencil thickness directly affects how much icing is applied, so keep that in mind depending on your project needs. Overall, a great buy for cookie stenciling or other craft projects!

For what I purchased them works great and found that I can put them through my laser printer and print directly

Very flimsy, the machine cut it well but it is so flimsy that is difficult to use.

If you desire a good heavy duty blank stencil sheet this is it. I don't have a cutting machine, so I print out the size letters I want a copy / trace them onto the stencil, then cut out. I tried to cut with my brand new Walnut Hollow Creative Versa with Versa Variable Temperature, but I found the Versa not to be up to the task of melting through this stencil easily. This stencil material is a very good product if you have a way to cut it. I will now move up to large letters that I can cut out with scissors .

They look good seem to be the proper thickness. Haven’t tried yet so cannot give a 100 percent review

My daughter wanted to do permanent marker art, she is very happy with these sheets!
