Perfect replacement! Installed easily and fixed my climate control issues.

Get the Dorman Product! It works!
After wasting time on with an alternative, I ordered this Dorman product. It arrived on schedule, was very well packaged and included instructions for installation and calibration. It's only day one, but I followed the included instructions and the unit calibrated as indicated and works as advertised on my 2003 Dodge Ram Pickup. I'm very pleased. The Dorman product works!!

AC button causes vent malfuctions!!!
Read the reviews! I bought this 2 months ago (in Feb) and it resolved my issue where the 2nd and 3rd settings weren't working on my OEM part (Common issue on 3rd Gen Dodge Rams). The problem is that enabling the AC button causes the vents on the air box to malfunction. It takes a little bit, but the vents slowly close until no air is coming out anywhere. Turning off the AC button, waiting for them to open, then turning it back on resolves the issue for a little bit but should never be a thing in the first place. I contacted Dorman but because it's outside the 2 month return window and was "used" from Amazon, they won't replace it. I guarantee it was returned for the exact same issue and they still sold it again.

Perfect Fit and Functionality

Product looks exactly like OEM product. Works exactly the same. I tried 3 other products before getting this one. Save your time and money and get this as a replacement.
