Glamorise Women's MagicLift Front Close Posture Back Support Bra #1265

I’ve been trying to find a decent fitting bra for my 40H boobs that look like tired Puddles rather than puppies in other ‘ordinary’ bras . I measured myself using that ‘over the age of 40’ method where you measure your band and then lean forwards and measure round the entire gravitational pull of your boobs to work out your cup size . The bra provided was entirely true to size using this method and my breast filled out the bra well - good even distribution system has and i could do it up much more easily without a fight compared to a back fastening one , where I always look like an extra dancer in Bucks Fizz trying to do it up ! . The pressure sat less through my arthritic shoulders and the nice wide band was very comfortable, no underwire , it definitely lifted and seperated them , nothing dug in . My only two thoughts were that if you have more arthritic hands / difficulty with fine motor skills than me , there’s a lot of hook and eyes to fasten and you might be better off with a single clasp type, but this was manageable for me and I think the style helped with the distribution . I think it would have been a bit mean to leave a 4 star review as I was impressed by this garment , however , one or two of the finishes on the seams could have been a little tidier - it gave it more if a utilitarian feel , but my cleavage needs wrangling ! The style has given my shoulders, neck, back , and actually rib cage a lot of relief . A big tick from me . The colour was fine , a good neutral nude colour under most tops, easy to adjust shoulders. Over all very pleased with it . Now trying to find one just as comfortable in the same range but looking more like show ground pony than a work horse but let’s not discredit where credit is due . I could quite happily sleep in this also . Thank you . Will come back if any issues with washing it / wear and tear over time . It’s a little gem . Not the most glamorous , but very comfortable and effective . Thank you . Love it .

I have now purchased 2 of the black version, which are a perfect fit around the back and in the cup. I ordered the one which is nearer to skin tone in exactly the same size, but it was far too big around the back and in the cups, so I had to return it (very easy, and free). I don’t know if that was a one off or whether there is a discrepancy in sizes in different colours. As for the black ones, they’re a perfect fit but you have to go with the cups being quite pointed. The bra gives much better back support than a normal bra. My only quibble is that the underband rolls up a bit. Other than that, the bras are relatively comfortable. They seem to wash well (have to admit that I didn’t hand wash - they went on a 30 degree gentle cycle). How come the difference in price,though? I paid £27 for the first black one, but a bit more for the 2nd one a couple of days later! The cream coloured one I sent back was £40!! That’s a bit annoying.

Got this just to try as I wasn't sure it would help but it was reasonably priced and have good reviews. I'm a 38 E and they are heavy! I have always worn underwired wire bras in a balconette style as I was told I needed that for support. Working from home there Is a lot more admin work and leaning my back was suffering. My normal bras although of a high quality and fitted correctly were digging into the nerves on my shoulders and leaving an indent in the muscle. I thought the headaches and back pain were from other things and my friend suggested the bra's I was wearing might be the cause. The second this arrived and I put it on it was magic. My posture changed the weight was evenly placed over the shoulders and it was even more comfortable than not wearing a bra at all! The wider straps are a god send and they all look pretty. So pleased I have ordered 5 more in different styles and colours and they are all brilliant. Was a little confused when the size on the packaging for the others was a weird combo of letters and number but when I tried them it was a perfect fit. I love the front closure on this style as its so easy to put on and take off. If you suffer from shoulder or back pain this is a must try. Not having a wire is amazing and the fit is great under my clothes as well as supporting me. I also suffered from skin irritation under my breasts where the wire would sit, as normal daily sweat and friction would cause red marks. That issue is totally gone and I'm supported properly. I bought one at first just for sizing ect. Arrived in good time considering I’m a BFPO. I was really pleased with the fit and comfort, I was trying to get away from back clips due to a break in my spine and I wasn’t disappointed, so I ordered another 2 one in black and another white one. However, I hand washed ( always hand wash bras)my first one and it went yellow and look disgusting and about 10 years old and the bottom clip has broken. I have since washed the other ones that I ordered and they are fine and washed well. My thinking now is that I got the first one on sale and it could have been a second. The others I paid full price. In my option if you decide to buy them buy dark colours and they are very comfy and supportive for larger busts. If you have problems with arthritis in your hand you may find them difficult to put on.This was an early review. Unfortunately I have to change my review. I bought three bras and now three bras are in the bin. The white ones were yellow and look very old after one wash(hand washed in cool water) the black one elastic gone all funny. I wore them for about 2 weeks maximum. Please don’t waste your money. Gutted after spending about £100 for three bras.

The back construction of the bra feels very supportive and comfortable. As a help for poor posture I feel that it would work. However, the bra is not supportive around the front and my chest was not supported at all. The lower band curls up at the front and the side support does not work either. Shame, it promised so much.

A lot of underwear makers claim theirs give suck wonderful support and really they don’t . I thought it’s time I invest in a proper company who knows from decades of experience what they are doing. The bra is comfortable and supportive without digging into my shoulders . Make huge difference to how I look in clothes . This range is of high quality . I was happy to spend what I spent on this .

It took a while for me to get the hang of the front fastening, but it's easier after it's first wash. It's very supportive and comfortable, both in the cups and the back. It rolls a little at the front, but it's really structured and gives great uplift. I've never paid so little for such a great bra.

The support is good, it is good value for money. Fastening is great. It looks nice and quality of the material is good. It has two adjustable levels which is great. It washes well too.

OMG FINALLY a bra for large sized breasts that fits properly, has front closure to make it easy to do up and is super comfortable. Mine arrived today, put it on immediately and the relief I’ve felt all day is amazing. Doesn’t even feel like I have anything on. Been doing chores then laid down to read and u just forget u are wearing it. I’m very large 48 J and this is the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. Doesn’t slide up your back because wide stretch material, holds sides in under the arm with wide coverage, thick foam straps at front, adjustable at back, sturdy material that isn’t going to rip and wear out in a few months, and great support. It does fit just slightly bigger in size but not enough to cause fit problem. And getting it on sale was such a thrill because having to pay $125 per bra on a tight budget is difficult. I will definitely be buying more glamorize bras. Having shoulder issues finding a proper size bra with front closure is nearly impossible. And best of all NO UNDERWIRES. I highly recommend this bra for larger sized ladies especially if u need front closure due to physical limitations.
