It is supposed to solve snoring problems, but my issue was/is sleep apnea. This item is a roll of high density foam in a cloth holder with a strap. You are supposed to put it on so that the Noodle fits across your back so that rolling on your back is uncomfortable. Pulling the strap tight enough to prevent slippage is uncomfortable to say the least. It prevents sleeping on your back because in my case it prevented sleeping period. I returned it and devised something of my own with materials I had around the house and that seems to work reasonably well and at least I can get some sleep.
