I've been using it since the week I got it for carrying my lunch and water for work.The first one the straps completely broke off. And they sent a replacement. It is now 10/26/2019 and the steps broke off of this one too.This is a terrible bag. Probably good for clothes but nothing more.DO NOT BUY THIS FOR EVERYDAY USE. It can be seen that my daughter had used it very carefully and used only a few books and pens and a pocket calculator.
