**Q: I need a three quarter inch lift.  I need to start with one-half inch and build up by one-eighth inch layers.  Do these lifts accommodate that?**
A: I bought 2 and built my 3/4 inch lift,they work well and stay in place as they have adhesive.

**Q: what are the best 2 inch heel lift for women**
A: I have 1/2 inch difference and theses are terrific, very comfortable and height adjustable for less height. I don’t know if they come in larger height sizes.

I ordered these to slightly lift my heel in a pair of shoes. My ankle bones sit lower than those of most people. The shoes are a fairly robust leather, and my ankles were painfully digging into the sides of the shoes. These lifted my heel/ankle just enough to make them comfortable without adding any additional volume to the rest of the shoe. Love it!
