What does the poem say that comes w/ it?

Actually no poem with the piece. Just the out gift pliece In a box. Was a gift for my wife this past x mas, if there was one I will update and let you know. But I don't think it had one.

Can these be painted with acrylic or better with water color? We're people of melanin, so I want to paint it.

I am not sure but you could purchase a small piece and check it out before you ruin a bigger piece. These are resin.
