Not the easiest to use but the results justify it. *by E***. on August 1, 2019* It’s messy, as a lot of the reviews on the boating sites indicate, but does a good job. I recently acquired an older bayliner trophy model and it had been somewhat neglected. Solid boat, but not a lot of shine left. I used a 3m wheel to remove all the decals then polished with the aqua buff. Used a wool pad on a cheap harbor freight rotary buffer on speed 4. There was a learning curve as to how much to apply and how much water to add, but once I had the hang of things it went pretty slick. Basically keep going with medium pressure until you have the majority of the residue off and then clean off any remainder with a microfiber rag. Avoid any metal fittings at all cost or things get ugly. Smears the area black almost instantly. Very pleased with the results.
