Review: Good computer with Windows installation error - Great computer, came with all the exact specs as stated including the touch screen & wireless keyboard/mouse. One BIG problem was they installed Windows on the 1TB 5400RPM and NOT the 128gb SSD. The SSD was totally empty and being used as a storage drive. An obvious error but I am tech savy and cloned the drive over the SSD and swapped them. I got this one from desertcart Warehouse which may be why that happened. Otherwise a super nice machine for the discounted price I paid (600).
Review: Good Product - Product arrived on time and was exactly as described.....no issues, we love the computer!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does Microsoft Office come with this computer?**
A: No, this model does not come with Microsoft Office.

**Q: Does it have bluetooth?**
A: In my settings for window 10 under devices it says Bluetooth on from the south clay

**Q: Can you exchange wireless mouse and keyboard for wired ones?**
A: I have a client who wants wired mouse and keyboard as well because they will be in a common area and believe the wire makes them less likely to be stolen.

**Q: Hi. How can I remove the support stand ? It is for a wall mounting installation.**
A: Not sure you can on this unit without disassembling the unit and voiding your warranty. This was not designed with VESA mounting. Think of an Apple desktop all in one. Same problem. No mount locations, no easy way to remove the base without opening the computer and voiding the warranty. And you would have to make or buy a custom mount to go in place of the foot as there are no standard mounts to connect to.

### ⭐ On second thought....Still under warranty but NO satisfaction. Photo was sent from "repair"
*by K***C on April 17, 2020*

I had this computer for 10 months. Everything was going fine. Suddenly it "lost" the bluetooth, nothing anywhere. No icon, nothing in device manager. So, OK, I bought a dongle for the bluetooth. Two weeks later it would not connect to the internet! I use this computer for business purposes so I really needed the internet connection. I took it to a local store that will repair computers. They tried downloading a new driver to no avail. I had to SHIP it for repairs. I stopped keeping boxes a long time ago. So...I had to purchase a box that the computer would fit into. First, I had to get "approval" to send it in for repair as I had also contacted their own online support and went through ALL of the steps to try and repair it at my home. OK, I packed it as best I could with A LOT of padding. I was not very confident that this was going to be successful. I had to purchase a shipping label from ASUS at the cost of 15.00+. It went by FedEx and I received the confirmation that it had arrived at the repair destination. After DAYS I had to call the online support because they were NOT showing that they had the computer. Finally, it shows they received it and they would be working on it. This is not the end of the story.... Several days later I get an email that their is damage due to MY fault. Of course....it was caused during shipping. The VERY BLURRY picture they sent show damage to the upper screen. So...I try to fill out a form saying that the damage was caused during shipping and that I DID NOT damage it. The form would not submit, I tried several times. Finally....I just decided to pay the ADDITIONAL 250.00 for the repair. I have NO FAITH that this will be returned fixed or damage free. I am DISGUSTED with their "support". I will NOT EVER BUY AN ASUS COMPUTER AGAIN!!!
