Durvet Triple Wormer for Medium and Large Dogs

These work great! I have 5 dogs and they all like them. Even the fussy eater!! The size is perfect for both large and small breeds, they are super easy to feed and my dogs like them.

I use this on all my rescue pups as soon as they walk in the door, takes care of those worms. When I take them for their fecal, they always test clean. Plus its easy, 1 pill twice and you are done. Let me be clear on how to administer. You will need to worm dogs twice, two weeks apart, that's 14 days. So if you are buying a box of two then understand that the first pill is for the first round and the second pill is for the second round. This medicine, like most wormers, only kill the adult parasites, that is why you are required to administer again in two weeks, because enough time has passed to allow the immature parasite to age enough to be killed by the medicine, but not old enough to start laying eggs. The two weeks is critical, if you don't hit the dog twice then you will have to start over again.....this is probably why you are seeing people say it didn't work. This stuff works, I have wormed 100's of dogs using this and they always test clean, and it kills tapes also, which is a plus, not many wormers kill tapes and other worms as well. If your dog has a heavy worm load this can cause diarrhea within the fist 8 hours, so be on the look out and administer when they have plenty of time outside to do their business. For the number of pills to give your dog you need to follow dosing amount based on your dogs weight and the corresponding number of pills. That part of the label is correct.

this worked great! my dogs had little white worms in their poop. their heads popping up and very wiggly. within several hours i saw only a small part of the worms embedded and no movement. next bowel movement i saw no worms at all. i'll give them one more treatment 2 weeks from now to kill any hatched eggs, but i'm very pleased at how quickly and completely this wormer worked.

Either for more than one treatment, or to treat more than one dog. Please read the insert inside the box for how many pills you are to give per pound per dog. We were deworming because we had provided a fecal sample to our puppy's vet for his checkup while getting his puppy shots. He came back positive for worms and we just knew if he was positive...then all of the dogs in the home had to be. As they all share the same water source, same sleeping area, same food sources, and same "potty area". May as well deworm the lot. The puppy at time of his checkup was 25 pounds. So he was at the low end of this product. Our 2 older dogs are in the 110 to 130 pound range. I chose this brand as I did a Google search for the best dewormer for large dogs 2023, and this was given a 9.0 out of 10 and covered multiple types of intestinal worms.
