Men's Original 874 Straight Leg Work Pants

We purchased these in various colors for our 15 y/o to use. They have held up well to everyday use that includes outdoor work and play, and they still look great! The only reason we will need to buy him more pants is because he will outgrow the size we purchased. As a mother of boys, I can say that finding good pants that hold up to the wear and tear that boys tend to put them through can be difficult. Dickies has always been a trusted brand of ours to do just that, and we will be purchasing more of these in a larger size as soon as our son grows out of the ones he currently has.

I love the fit. Not enough clothing brands make this kind of classic style pants with a high-rise that can be worn above the hips rather than 'at' or 'below' them. In other words, they're like high-waisted pants but you can also wear them lower if needed or if you want a lot of room in the crotch. On the down side, they're made of a stiff, scratchy material that might soften over time, but for ~20 bucks I'm not complaining. The color I got totally does not match the picture. It is a greenish/yellowish khaki rather than the neutral sand color that was pictured. Not terrible at first but after wearing it a while it started to bug me and I probably should have exchanged it. I appreciate that Dickies offers some shorter inseam sizes so that I don't have to spend money to get these hemmed. I got these in a 32 waist and they seem very big. I got another pair in a different color for 31 and those now seem a bit tight. Not sure if these are QC inconsistencies or my own unfortunate body type.

I love these pants so much and consider them a staple (I have three pairs). The length is perfect as it sits a little below my ankle, but I did have to size up on the waist size. Since it is mens pants, there's no room for your hips when you're pulling them up, so be sure to size up at least once or twice. I sized up once and they fit perfectly. The women's version of these pants suck and are more tapered so I recommend you get these instead as the pant legs are more straight and they're much cheaper. The quality is overall great and you can dress them up or down. I also bought my boyfriend a pair and he also had to size up

Solid pair of durable workpants. I've had a black pair for a while now that I tapered in the past, so I thought it was time to get a pair in navy. For those of you that haven't purchased a pair of 874's before, here are some things to know. They sit at your natural waist. This is something that you have to get used to if you currently wear low waisted pants. It can be uncomfortable to begin with, but overall its more flattering for your posterior and waist. They are a little snug around the thighs and flare at the ankles. If you have larger thighs like me, it can be a little restrictive. I'm 6'1 and 150 lbs, leaning towards the skinny side. I got them in a size 30 x 29 so I could have them slightly cropped. In the past, I had a 30x30, which fit pretty much perfectly with a cuff. Here are some of my cons regarding the pants. Out of the package, the starchiness of the pants can be a little abrasive on your thighs. This is something I got used to, but be warned. The first pair is always damn itchy. The center crease and the starchiness of the pants disappear after a couple washes. After about 2 washes, the center crease becomes almost unnoticeable. It takes about 20-30 washes for it to be slightly softer. I wish it would stay starchy for longer, but that's just a consequence of washing your clothes. I also dislike the way the fly bulges outwards near the belt. It's a hook and loop closure, which doesn't sit as flush as a button and buttonhole closure. This makes it push out near the belt loops. All in all, it's a steal for the price. Sturdy construction, classic colors, and cheap price. Would definitely recommend.

Pants fit ok and are good for work but the pockets are too small and oddly shaped. You can fit your wallet in one pocket and cell phone in the other, that’s it.

La talla de cintura es muy ajustada, verifica tus medidas antes de hacer pedido, normalmente uso cintura 38, pedí una talla 40 y me quedo igual que si fuera 38, por esa razon regrese la compra

Es difícil encontrar para mi, pantalones que se ajusten a mi fisonomía. Esta marca tiene la ventaja de manejar tanto el ancho de la cintura como el largo de las piernas. Una vez que conoces estos datos no es necesario tener que probarlos, sabes que te quedaran bien. Los recomiendo por que sirven tanto para vestir como para trabajar.
