I have purchased two cartons of this water from this seller. This particular carton tasted a lot different than the ones I purchased previously from this seller. It had a rank smell of rotten eggs and a horrible metallic taste. Nonrefundable by seller. I threw out the rest of the box.

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned about buying hydrogenated water online, but unlike most of the others it appeared to be refundable. We had no issues, product was fine, and tasted good. It’s a bit pricey, but we knew that when we purchased, so I gave it 5 stars.

Smh.. have been ordering the product for about a month no problems but today I get a 12 pack of rotten egg smelling water. Not sure if this cause health issues but it can’t be anything good.

very refreshing water

I have purchased this several times in the past and this batch is the first time this has happened, but some of these taste like rotten eggs and that is just not ok. I’m incredibly disappointed and reluctant to buy again. I wish I had the chance to do something before the return window closed, but due to travel, alas. I spent a fortune on a bad product. It’s a shame, because it has been helpful in the past.

The hydrogen water seems to help post-workout soreness quite a bit. However, I cannot get the water open without workbench tools. I can't open it with my hands. The cap is too tight and too small. I used my teeth for the first 2 but that hurts and the bag cut my face. For the third one, I cut the bag open and drained it from the side. That was messy. Now I am using an adjustable wrench to twist the cap and a needle nose plyers to hold the top of the bag. That works - finally. Hopefully I will be able to find a product that is easier to open next time.

These reviews from people that are negative seem to maybe not know how to order on Amazon lol. Anyways not a single issue , water tastes great and refreshing. Definitely will order again.
