UPDATE: The price got jacked from $16 to $28. Removed the pains from candida die off. I am starting to think that I must have had candida die off every time my back hurt so much from losing weight which made me unable to stand up or even roll over in bed. Molybdenum is the only thing that can remove one of the neuro-toxins which candida creates especially during its die off. Molybdenum breaks down this neurotoxin into sugars (ATP?) which the body can use as energy. It also breaks down carbs and fats into sugars, so I try to take it on an empty stomach so that it is focused on the toxins instead. Taking 2 of these every 4 hours gets rid of the toxins that hurt me when losing weight. (When I lose weight, my candida starts a die off phase to attempt to recover itself. I assume it is sporing out trying to fight to stay alive.) When my package finally came after 10 days, it was a godsend. It blasts through the toxins little by little, four hours at a time. I can feel the pain receding slowly over one shoulder and down my back over a few day's time. If I take 4 tablets I feel sluggish, I think it takes up the space for oxygen in your blood at that point. I think it is what makes stainless steel rust proof by taking up iron's slot for oxygen as molybdenum instead. If I miss a dose, the pain stops receding and stays in the same spot. This has a side effect of growing my teeth enamel. I can eat harder foods now. I had a cavity in between two molars that I had been trying to get rid of through other ideas, such as iodine, magnesium, and potassium for one year, but this pushed the decay out in just a few months. I was flossing it and a tiny chip of enamel came off in my mouth which I could not grab with my fingers, but could feel gently crunch between my teeth. (I really wanted to find it, but couldn't.) Then suddenly the slight pain in my tooth was gone, after one year of aches. My other teeth seem to be getting stronger too! When I had read about molybdenum, I found info that it was found in tooth enamel. You should go do some research on this little miracle! To the webs! Side note: I can no longer pop my knuckles, nor do I feel the need to want to pop them. But old habits die hard. After notes: If I eat sugar, candy, or anything with flour, the candida seems to thrive and grow again under my beard and scalp and starts itching, and my muscle pains start to come back across my whole body (shoulder, back, feet). My doctor gave me a strong steroidal topical solution (since all the weak stuff didn't work) to make my localized skin strong enough to fight it, but said the steroid would cause my skin to become thin and brittle from its use. I almost used it, but instead I figured out that pouring 3% hydrogen peroxide on the skin rash causes the surface candida (seboric dermatitis) to instantly chemically change into a vinegar which I could wash off. It is still under the dermis though. I'm fighting a slow fight, but I'm winning... finally! (Over 11 years with candida overgrowth spreading, and only three months progress towards it's defeat.) Some problems I am overcoming in the last few months include achy feet that hurt especially at night, sore back preventing me from rolling over or standing at times, shoulders that hurt from carrying a 5 lb chicken in the store, shoulders that were in enough pain I could not stick my arm out to pick up an empty cup, foggy mind. (In the past none of these would persist if I ate enough food to put on pounds daily.) (I weighed 220 lbs last year, and finally able to try to gain a healthy weight without the pain from candida die off.) I weighed 230 lbs in 2009. Got my weight down to 220 for the last few years. Last year I got down to 210 lbs. This year I started suffering candida die off effects after reaching 208 lbs and was in too much pain at 206 lbs to continue, until I found molybdenum after someone mentioned candida die off effect. If not for molybdenum I would have had to feed the candida what it wanted. Now I am at 198 lbs, hit a plateau. BMI for my height is 163, if I had no muscle. Update June 17, 2018: In April, I realized by eliminating sugar in March, I was already doing most of the ketogenic diet. So now I am full keto. Down to 183 lbs. Wish this product would drop in price to what it used to be, then I'd buy a bunch of them and store them. I was going through 300 tablets of 500 mcg each in one month. I would take it just for my teeth, from here on out.

Detoxing from irresponsible prescription of fluoriquinone antibiotics and molybendum, per internet, helps in ‘ Breaking down medications so they don’t build up in your body and cause toxicity.’ Kinda late as I took ciproflaxin for nearly three months til it was discovered as cause of severe tendinitis and joint pain. Look it up, clearly says not to prescribe unless it’s last ditch choice if nothing else worked. Also says do not prescribe to people over 65 period. Do NOT ever take the following fluorquinonlone antibiotics (ask for another antibiotic): Fluoroquinolones are a completely synthetic class of antibiotics. Common examples include: • Ciprofloxacin • Levofloxacin • Moxifloxacin • Ofloxacin • Gemifloxacin • Delafloxacin, etc. I won’t take it past every-other-day til Bottle is empty. Most people aren’t deficient in this mineral.

I bought this to take with NAC and MSM because I read that it helps with stomach upset from taking supplements with sulfur in them. Before I bought this I was taking NAC alone and it made my stomach hurt really bad but now that I take the Moly-B with it no more pain! I will be purchasing this again
