It works!
Unique and nothing else works like this. I’ve used it for decades. I tried the gelatin technique and found it too stiff and rubbery. I purchase it from Amazon because our regular supermarket does not always have it. It may cost a bit more thru Amazon but purchasing it is effortless.

Older, well established co with wonderful baking products. The whipping cram stabilizer is great. No fallen whipped cream frostings etc.

Good product, more uses
It worked very well and kept my whipped cream from collapsing for 5 days. I think the instructions need some work though- it doesn't say to add sugar (you need to) and it doesn't say how much to use if you don't want to make the whole amount (trial and error). My first attempt made it so stiff I couldn't pipe it, and adding flavors had mixed results. Now that I've figured it out I would buy it again. ***Update*** I found another great use for this. I make a horseradish cream to go with roast beef and because this has no flavor on its own I decided to add some and see how it held up. It worked out great! I beat the cream with the Whip It and folded in the horseradish, lemon juice and salt and it had a much better consistency and lasted through all the leftovers without becoming runny.

Are you kidding me?!! Do not waste your money, they sent me 2 very small packages. It looks like they got a box and separated them into two and repackaged them, OMG this is absolutely a SCAM. Do not buy it, it's very tiny.

The best product ever!
The best cake stabilizer for whipping cream. It stays and never fall out. I hope the next time I order this product Amazon will send the right one I've ordered. Just recently, I ordered this 1 box I ordered exactly the one in picture in light blue packaging but they sent me one in dark blue packaging that doesn't stabilized the whipping cream really good. So sad about that recent purchase. This stabilizer in the light blue packaging is the best!
