Chargeable battery pack for remote controlled car works good
Bought this rechargeable battery pack for my kids and wife to drive their remote controlled Cadillac Escalade toy car. The car is over 2 feet long and heavy.The head lights blinked on and off and the kids could play the cars music and driving noises. Kind of loud. So with all this going on, the battery probably had a lot of draining of power.After charging the battery pack a full day on slow charge and checking the battery did not get warm/hot (never did) we installed it in the car. On the battery pack is a two prong plastic connector we used for charging and for electrically connecting to the car.The battery worked well and the kids and wife played with the car for about an hour before getting bored. I told them to keep on playing with it maybe tonight and tomorrow until the battery runs low.You want to fully charge a NiCd battery and fully discharge it before recharging. That way the battery will not form a "memory" only allowing a limited charge and reduced running time.So far the battery pack has worked well. Four stars

The product description for this item is wrong. It is advertised as a 700 mAh battery. The battery I received was a 600 mAh one or 83% of the advertised capacity. If your looking for a 700mAh battery, buy elsewhere.Nitro Power 9.6V NiCd Battery - Without Charger

Misdirected to this battery
I specifically asked for the battery pack that was for a remote controlled Dinosaur that I have. I was directed to this battery (and charger) and the notes verified this was "it".Well, it's NOT it. The fitting does not fit the dinosaur, so I'm stuck with a battery pack and charger that I cannot use, and still cannot use the dinosaur.
