Is this sensor the same as part number 025-35354-000? Coleman/York

No, this is different. Thanks for your inquiry,

have a Louisville wall mounted vented lp 25,000 btu igniter has a few more bends will that matter or can I bend the 90 degree to match mine

Sorry, we can not recommend using this for any other purpose than intended. It is a safety hazard with risk of serious injury, especially with LP gas. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does this sensor fit model number dgat075bdd

Unfortunately, we are unable to look up parts by model number. Please compare your existing part to the detailed description and photos. Some older Coleman furnaces use a flame sensor with a copper bracket. If that is the case then this is NOT the correct replacement. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does sensor come with the cord or are they separate?

This is the flame sensor only, no wire is included. Thanks for your inquiry.

Exact replacement part

My friend's Coleman mobile home gas furnace went out, he called me to see if I could fix it for him. I found his Ignitor was bad(actually shattered),so I let him know I'll have to order a new one & explained to him that it's a good idea to replace the flame sensor at the same time. Long story, but I had an old Ignitor I kept when I replaced my Goodman furnace which was the same part, so when the new flame sensor & new ignitor arrived I replaced both. Works great, install took 15 minutes. Happy friend.

Identical replacement part for my furnace

Fixed my heater - ordered a second as a backup/spare so we don't have to be without heat in the winter. Shipping was fast and the cost is reasonable for the sensor.

Worked great in my Coleman Evcon furnace

Was a direct bolt in. Stopped endless short cycling. Can't yet comment on how long product lasts compared to OEM part. So far, so good.

Heater flame sensor

I don’t usually buy parts this way because I’m a distributor, but my flame sensor was discontinued & the substitutes were out of stock & months out. I couldn’t be without heat & wasn’t prepared to spend thousands for a new heating system. Thought I’d give Amazon a go for the part…it took a little digging but was not let down. Had the sensor in a day & the heater was back in business.

Installed on Coleman gas furnace.

Had to drill new holes to get it to mount correctly. After that it worked awesome.
