The best way to loosen ear wax
Ear wax is a naturally occurring wax that is essential for a healthy ear. Normally, excess wax will exit the ear without any issues. However, when the wax hardens then it can adhere to the eardrum resulting in a significant loss of hearing. Irrigating the ear with water is not a good procedure and should be avoided. Otex solves the hard ear wax problem. If you administer 4 drops once or twice a day for a week your hard ear wax problem should be resolved. If not, wait a week and repeat the process. If still not resolved then visit your GP or pharmacy.

I can hear clearly now the rain has gone!
Ah, Otex Sodium Bicarbonate Drops! The absolute pinnacle of excitement in my life. You know, when I first heard about this product, I thought to myself, "Wow, finally a way to make my ears feel glamorous!"So there I was, with these drops in hand, feeling like a mad scientist ready to concoct some earwax voodoo magic. I mean, who doesn't want their earwax to feel pampered, right? But let me tell you, folks, using Otex Sodium Bicarbonate Drops is an experience. It's like inviting a tiny spa into your ear canal. As soon as those drops hit the scene, it's like my earwax is on a vacation in the Bahamas. I half-expected it to start sipping a piรฑa colada and asking for sunscreen. And the gentleness of this product! It's like a warm hug for your eardrum. No more painful poking and prodding with cotton swabs. Otex Sodium Bicarbonate Drops swoop in like the earwax superheroes they are and gently dissolve the hardened gunk without any fuss.I must admit, though, the 10ml bottle may seem tiny, but it's like the TARDIS of earwax solutions โ it's bigger on the inside! You only need a few drops, and it's like an explosion of freshness in your ear. I half-expected my earwax to start singing show tunes. So, in conclusion, Otex Sodium Bicarbonate Drops are a must-have for anyone who wants their ears to feel like royalty. It's like a spa day for your ear canals, and if I could, I'd give it a standing ovation. Bravo, Otex, bravo! ๐๐๐ชฃ

Stuff works...but be patient
This stuff works amazingly well. Follow the directions and don't rush. It takes 2x daily drops for a few days (as indicated instructions) and then the magic happens when you irrigate with one of those blue bulbs filled with warm water. The results were impressive if not disgusting. I can hear again at last.

Really Works
I have had problems with wax buildup for almost all of my life. I did not realize how bad the problem was until I started experiencing dizziness from clogged ears. I tried: diluted hydrogen peroxide, mineral oil, gentle ear irrigation with slightly warm water, homeopathic ear drops, and liquid colace extracted from gel caps to help get rid of the wax. All of these treatments worked slightly, but when I started using sodium bicarb ear drops, the wax finally came out.I leave the drops in for a whole hour with my ear facing upwards. I pull back gently on the top of my ear to help straighten out my ear canal. Then I repeat this every day for a total of four days. After four days I gently irrigate my ear with slightly warm water (if the water is too hot or cold it can cause really bad dizziness). I am not sure why these drops are only sold in Europe; probably for the same reason that we don't have ear cleaning clinics in the US-or at least where I live. They absolutely work!

Pressure in ear lessened
This is sort of a difficult review as I am not sure exactly how well this worked on clearing the wax from my ears. I do know that the wax seemed to be slowly flowing out my ears where my outer ear kept feeling waxy when I touched them. I am still using it & the pressure in my one ear is much less. When I do the valsalva maneuver I cannot really equalize the ear pressure but I get a lot of squeeking. So I am going to see an ENT.
