Easy drift fix! Highly recommend a video for beginners, but great tools!
Here's a rollercoaster of a story about these replacement sticks:I replaced the right stick and it worked perfectly. The hardest part was replacing the dang ribbons, which is nothing to do with the quality of the tools and parts this little kit provides. The kit is great! Highly recommend looking up a how to video if you don't know what you're doing (I had to).I noticed the new stick had more resistance, and the difference between the right (new) and left (old) sticks was noticeable and bothered me that they felt so different. So I also replaced the left stick. Which worked fine in the overworld, but on the map of my game I noticed left stick was drifting ever so slightly. :(I put my old left stick back in (by this time I could open, replace, and close the left joycon in 5 minutes, I felt like a PRO), no drift on the map. So it's definitely the replacement stick that was faulty.Except. I remembered the switch has a CALIBRATE feature. So I took the left joycon apart for the third time, put the new stick in, confirmed it still had slight drift but only on the map (not enough input to move my character on the overworld)... and went to CALIBRATE , which confirmed the stick's center was off. After recalibrating the controller, it works perfect. No drift! Feels tight and slightly resistant like the right one does, which makes the whole thing feel brand new.5/5 stars. TLDR tools and parts are perfect for the job. If you are experiencing drift with the new replacement sticks, try CALIBRATING and see if that fixes it. It worked for me!

Great option to fixing joysticks
I was devastated when I broke my joycon sticks. I was playing on my switch the night before and simply laid it in my case, and of course, I didn't think to zip it closed. The next day, I picked my case up by the handle and it swung open, horrifyingly sending my switch face down on the ground. I didn't think much, only checking the screen to see if it cracked (thankfully didn't). But when I hooked my switch up in the dorm common room for some new friends to play Smash Bros on, that's when I realized my left joycon stick was broken. The right one quickly followed, and I was so dissapointed in myself.I thought I was going to have to buy a new set of joycons! I was so sad, not having that sort of money just laying around, being a poor college student. But thankfully, there was the cheaper solution of just buying replacement joysticks. For only $20, and coming with a really good small tool set, I could afford that! It's been about 2 months now since I replaced the sticks, and the new replacements are working great! Installation wasn't bad at all with a tutorial video playing in the background. I was actually able to do the right joycon without a video after doing the left one first, and I'm not a tech savvy person by any means.I'd highly recommend this brand for replacement joysticks. They came in a cute little cardboard box that I still keep the tools in & on top of my desk.Edit: Kid you not, the day I wrote this review, one of my joycons suddenly developed a violent stick drift. I was a little dissapointed that it only lasted two months, so I decided to try reaching out to the seller. They replied immediately and asked for my shipping address to send me another package! Their customer service is amazing, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for that alone. The replacement package came in fast & I can finally fix my switch joycons and play with friends again! So word of advice: if you're a frequent switch player and play with your joycons a lot, make sure you have spare joycon replacements if one break! They don't seem to have the best durability, which is on Nintendo's part this time, so stock up for the inevitable future.

See tutorials before opening the joycons.
(Attached pics show the tools after being used)Basically this product worked just as intended, both of my joycons were drifting for more than a year, Nintendo is fixing that for free but it isn't currently available in my country (Mexico, cause LATAMEL just makes a lot of excuses even when Nintendo made it official). So tired of that I decided to buy this and I'm not dissapointed.I recommend to see tutorials first and know what to do overall, since left and right joycon are build totally different! it was harder for me to reeplace the right joystick than the left one (I ended up desoldering the R button by accident). I know this company offers tutorials, even a small business card within the kit, but to be honest I didn't see them haha.I've opened and fixed controls a lot of times before, so I have other screw drivers, and I must tell that the ones in this kit are really comfortable and easy to use, to the point I didn't have to use the reeplace screws that come with this kit since the default ones in the joycons were taken out smoothly and without problem. The tools and pieces are well made overall, and it was a nice touch that their joysticks are wired green instead of blue (like default) so no confusions about what joystick had to be reeplaced (Attached pic shows the default joycon joysticks).Another thing to keep in mind is that after reeplacing the joysticks it's necessary to recalibrate them in order for them to detect correctly the dead zones and the neutral position. That's done in the switch configuration system, once done the joycons work just perfectly fine.In conclusion I would recommend buying this kit, it's nice for a "do it yourself" repair, everything arrived just as promised and within the delivering time, I waited a week to make this review and even when it's not a long time I've had no issues with my joycons at all, tho I only use them when I use the switch in portable mode.
