The supplied front stud fell apart the first time I tried to use it. Would you replace please?

There is only one use for a front stud namely to fasten my collar to my shirt. The front stud fell apart as soon as i tried to use it which was highly embarrassing as I was before the judge in the Crown Court when my collar exploded! I am not a happy bunny.

Good value and decent quality

I always seem to lose my partner’s collar studs, so bought two lots of these so I have a spare set. Good quality, similar to the ones that come with the shirt. Decent price too.
