Remove the gel pack from the microwave and knead to distribute the heat. Check that the desired temperature has been achieved, if not return to the microwave for 10 second intervals, until the desired temperature has been achieved.

The pack can be used after epilating or waxing. If the same should be used with or without the cover is a personal choice. The purpose of the cover is to prevent hot and cold freeze burns and this happens at extreme temperatures. We would recommend using it with the cover as the skin is very sensitive after epilating or waxing.
