Do you put this in the washer?

No. It’s for pre-treating or removing stains. I wet the fabric with cold water at the sink, rub the soap bar into the stain, scrub the fabric against itself to push the soap into the fabric, leave for a few minutes and rinse off. It’s all done by hand. It works really well. Then put clothes in the washer as usual.
