YES! : it needs the chain and bar assembling (10 mins) and it ready to go. It also has an instruction book thats the size of an encyclopaedia. Petrol / Chain oil not included.

How long is warranty on this and where can I get it repaired

No idea about warranty and you should be able to find a local shop near you that can fix or repair . Google local places near you

its a good 8/10 and i'm a hard marker. downside is because the tension isnt as convenient to adjust as it used to be on a previous model. much lighter and more reliable and efficient than some other makes.
