It works
It works for me.It took a reasonable time to get used to it.It is a good helper in a creative process. Hardly a replacement for creativity and skill.For me personally, the best use for it was to:1. Arrange the big shapes.2. Draw some stubborn details I couldn't catch otherwise.The rest is about creative freedom.

This is a scam
It is very difficult to assemble and use. Had several friends try to help with this assembly and they all said the directions were very unclear and product CHEAPLY made. If you wear glasses it’s near impossible to draw by looking thru the lense.

A learning experience
Using a Lucy is well documented as requiring time to learn how to use. That said, there are tricks available to shorten the time, but they make you pay a fee for knowledge. You'd think for the price you'd get more. All said, I'd hate doing a portrait without it.

Frustrating to use
I purchased this drawing tool for my husband who is interested in drawing and painting as a hobby. He watched several videos before deciding to buy this tool. It seemed easy to assemble and use. He was excited to start drawing with it and was happy to take advantage of 1-day delivery. The tool was easy to assemble and he had it up and ready to draw with in no time. However, when it came to drawing from photos or prints he wasn't able to adjust to the size needed and the filters weren't dark enough to project the image sufficiently. Watching assembly and usage videos and trying various pictures and prints didn't help and he became very frustrated with the tool so I had to return it.

An Edit to my past review
I want everyone to know that his company has the BEST Customer Service!!! My last review was out of MY frustration, and not about the product itself!!! This is a good product, and I would like to buy the larger size at some point... I apologize to the company for my last review. We DID get in touch with each other, and they took care of me right away with no issue!!!Thanks, Deb :)

Cheep product
It was not at all what I thought n to Ricky dink to put together! Didn’t work for me I bet it won’t work for you! Beware of this product not worth any price went straight the trash I waited to long to use it! Check your products the day you receive them or lose out on refund policy!!! Thank you n BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!🤬
