Is this card strong enough to back prints ?

It probably is, but as a Photographer I personally would much prefer to use a White mount board, its sturdy & a far nicer finish. I bought this Grey Card to use on top of a Mounted Print for Postal purposes only, not for mounting.

I use white mountboard for charcoal drawing, can this be used for same?

Cant really say, as my partner only uses this for craft projects.
