Some of the game titles that are noted in the q&a are not on the device, specifically I’ve noticed that nothing from the Mario franchise is on here. That is definitely a disappointment and reason for it not being a 5 star product. I like that it has wired controllers so that you aren’t lagging when battery charge dips, the console is fairly easy to navigate and comes with a great catalog of games. The console itself weighs hardly anything which makes me nervous with my sons being competitive, but for the price I can’t say I’m disappointed. I hope the USB ports hold up and while I really wish the Mario games were on here We are finding plenty of titles that are a great blast from the past and fun for the whole family. If this thing ever takes a dive I’ll probably just opt for the raspberry pi but for now this was a great introduction for my kids to some of the games I grew up playing, and for that it was totally worth the investment.

I have only had this for a few days, but have been pleasantly surprised. So far, it works great and has a mind boggling array of games. I have enjoyed playing several of the non-violent games with my 5 y/o grandson.The graphics are not so great, but not so different than those of Sega and other systems from decades past. It’s tedious scrolling through all of the games, but worth the effort. And the price is hard to beat.

There are a ton of games. Here is the thing, I know the games are emulated or copy’s, some of the sounds are off. For instance Zelda on Super Nintendo, the sound effects are different then the original game. Not a deal breaker by any means. Some games have “changed music” that I vaguely remember but something is off? The controls I wish you could edit what each button does. The A, B buttons are inverted from original controllers. All in all it’s great to play all the classics again, I just wish it was executed a little betterEdit: as my kids play with the system, I see them really enjoying games of the past. Even though earlier in my review, I said the sounds are off. Yes they are but my kids are none the wiser. So just knowing they are enjoying the games I’m upgrading to 4 stars. Especially when they find a “new” game to them and enjoy it.Edit: 4/17/20 - controller button has fallen in still working but it doesn’t depress like the other buttons. Seemingly controllers aren’t going to last. Need replacement alreadyEdit: 4/5/21 - both controllers have fallen apart and do not work. However I contacted the manufacturer and they graciously sent new replacement controllers. Good customer support.

Great product that contains games from the past at a decent price all in one place. Yes the color and formats are a little off from what we are used to seeing today, but to be expected playing a 1991 game! Back in the 90's this format was high-tec! It was great reliving and playing our childhood classics. Also great is that the seller listed all the games out in the Q&A. I simply printed them all out and now can easily find what I'm looking for. Console feels cheap due to being so lightweight, but it works and that is all that matters. Had this a few weeks now without any issues what so ever. I'd recommend this product if you or someone you know is looking for an all-in-one console for old school games.

I bought this for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loves it! When I read the reviews before buying it I was a little skeptical because of the claims some of the games don’t work. Totally not the case. It takes a minute or two for some of the games to load but it works perfectly. The picture quality isn’t the greatest but it’s exactly how you would see a video game from the 80s. We can spend hours playing all the different games and never be bored the only down side is the controllers stick occasionally.

Plug and play. Tons of games. If you have a Linux PC, the number of games you can load on card for console is tons UPON tons. Very pleased.
