I've used Ball jars for ages so I already knew the high quality item these would be. I have many jars but didn't have any this size & I'm beginning a regime of preparing jar salads for several days ahead & this size was recommended. The bottom is slightly smaller than the wide mouth top in order to get frozen items out which I think is super. Did I mention these are freezer friendly? They are. The number of measurements on the side is perfect....broken down like a measuring cup and there is a demarcation line near the top that tells you to only fill the jar to that line if you're planning to use in the freezer. Nice warning on where to stop so whatever you're freezing has room for expansion.What more can I say.......the Ball name is totally reliable Recommend

I have been using lids for the wide top glass jars that have a straw hole for years, but they are too big for my cup holders. The manufacturer of the lids recommended these jars and the fit is perfect for the car cupholders and my lids.

I recently had a flour bug infestation (we used to call them Weevils? I'm not sure if that's a regional thing) and I had to get a bunch of containers. I chose between these and the Rubbermaid Brilliance ones as well. (they are great too, but expensive). A couple of things I wanted to share, just to help you understand the scale of what will fit: they do NOT fit a typical box (cylinder) of Progresso or Cento bread crumbs. But a 16oz box of orzo does fit. Hope this is helpful. :)

Love this glass jar! Thick and heavy to whip up ingredients with a hand stick blender! Also has measurements on the glass to pour liquids into; which made the cup even better to use!!Thank you!!

Perfect size for drinking. Fits in a cup holder, holds enough, small enough for people with small hand to hold. 16oz is too small. 32oz is too large. 24oz is just right.

Personally, my friends and I bought these to be reusable boba jars. So, it's not the intended purpose for most people. But, here are some general pros and cons I had.Pros:+Sturdy and strong(glass is pretty thick)+Fairly good size for price+The cap does prevent any leaking, whether it's scent or liquidCons:-Did have a smell(new smell), had to leave to air out(definitely wash before use)-The jar is kind of heavy(Presumably because of how thick it is). I haven't dropped it and don't intend to, but be careful where you put it. It feels pretty durable, but it is glass. So, it's entirely up to you. But, I personally would keep it somewhere safe or away from where it could break(alternatively, I've made a thick fabric cover for it anyway since I use it for cold and hot drinks.Overall, I think it was fairly worth. And since there's 4, you can use it for a variety of things. Whether it's a gift holder or food, it's a fairly good size and durability.

I’m obsessed with these jars. I use them every morning for my matcha, and use them for smoothies too. It’s a perfect size and great for storing food as well.The only thing that isn’t my favorite which I don’t really understand is the caps are two separate pieces, the flat disk and the ring. Just makes it annoying to keep together. Will probably lose one of the pieces easier this way.
