Flanera Original Flan Mold Flan Maker 1.5 Qt Size

Take the sticker before washing it the first time. I forgot to do this, and it totally stuck. It's a very good flanera. Make sure you don't fill it too much, because it's going to try to get out and stick to the lid and maybe even seep out a bit.

Excelente calidad

I have received my flanera today which is a few days earlier than expected and I made a Cuban flan asap. The mold is even better than what I wanted: It comes with a lid. I LOVE the fact there is a handle on the top of the cover. I did the 1st recipe of the booklett that came with and I confirm that the Cuban flan is delicious. I cooked it with the lid at 365 F for 45 min (nothing was mentioned on the directions for that matter). The mold is smaller than what I thought. It is 63 oz which is great at the end because you should not eat big slices knowing that flans are very caloric anyway. The mold is very easy to clean, but one should dry it immediately after the washing. It is made of stainless steel. The label is a pain, it took a while to get rid of it. All in all I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase.
